Terms & Conditions | Cultural Peru


The booking is accepted when Cultural Peru receives the first deposit of their customers. At this time, the contract between the client and Cultural Peru is effective and legally binding.
To ensure the trip, we will need a deposit of 30% of the total price of the package at the time of booking.


First payment: 30% deposit at time of booking
Second payment: total amount, to be paid 45 days prior to your arrival
In the event that the reserve is appropriate in 45 days or less before arrival, the full amount is required at a single time.
If the reservation is made 45 days or less from the time of arrival, it will require the full amount at the time of booking.

Card payments Credit

The first and second payment can be made with credit card through PayPal. Payments made with credit card / PayPal are subject to a 5% surcharge.
We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.

Money transfer

The first and second payment can be made by bank transfer.
The bank transfer must be made directly to our bank account
Payments made by bank transfer to our bank account in Peru are subject to a surcharge of 100 usd

Cancellation and Change of Dates

Any cancellation or change made by the client must be submitted in writing by the customer as soon as possible.
The customer is responsible for any fees or charges incurred by the cancellation

Change of dates, after you have made the deposit: 5% plus any other additional charges that may occur.
Replacement of guests: if any person in the group may not travel, it is possible to transfer the reserved services to another person. You will require an administrative fee of USD plus all costs incurred charged by service providers.
All applicable refunds will be made directly to your credit card or bank account, less the above rates
Cancellation of flight / plane: all the packages and air tickets are subject to the cancellation policies imposed by the airlines

Cancellation and Change for Cultural Peru

We do our best to operate your tour as sold. However, we reserve the right to reduce or modify the itinerary, or substitute activities, hotels, meals, or transportation as we deem necessary.
Any of these modifications or changes will affect the package price of land.
We reserve the right to cancel a trip at any time for a reason that could compromise the quality of the trip or the safety of the passengers or any other circumstance outside of our control. In this case, we will refund this part of your trip or we will apply this cost to other services (extra charge possible)
In case we need to cancel the tour (not related to situations out of our control), we will refund your advance payments fully paid or we will work with you to apply those payments to another trip


All prices displayed on this web site are per person and are expressed in u.s. dollars.
For children ages 4 to 9 years, the price of the package is based on sharing a room with adults. Prices will be confirmed or advised at time of booking
Once we receive your deposit, the price of the tourist package is guaranteed and any price increase later will be in our charge.


We act only as your agent and we do not have any responsibility for the performance of services by the airline, including, among others, accidents, death, personal injury, property damage or delays in the flight.
Flight bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.


The accommodations are listed in the accommodation section of our website
All prices displayed for the accommodation are expressed in us dollars and per person.
We reserve the right to offer alternative accommodation of a similar standard in the case of the accommodation specified in our website is overbooked, or for any reason outside of our control. No changes will be made after payment.
Important note: All accommodations in Peru will require you to show your passport and allow them to make a photocopy of the same to be able to register. This is a requirement for government and prosecutors.

Guests needing Special Assistance
Some itineraries may include activities that present challenges that are not suitable for passengers with special needs.
We strongly recommend that guests requiring assistance be accompanied by a companion who is capable and fully responsible to provide assistance.
