The night before your trek to Machu Picchu, there will be a briefing with your tour guide of hiking at 6:30 p. m. This will take place in the hotel where you are staying. But if you prefer, we can arrange a meeting for another time different.
In the morning you will be picked up at the hotel with our private transport (the time will depend on your location). And thou shalt make a breathtaking journey to the beginning of the path to KM 82, where you will see spectacular views of the Andes on the way. Then, one of our chefs will prepare a tasty breakfast.
After eating, you'll have to show your passport at the checkpoint start time, the first two and a half hours of walking. The route is fairly flat until you get to the inca site of Llactapata, where you will experience for the first time the inca culture and learn about the history of Peru and more.
Back to your first lesson about the inca history, will spend another hour and a half until we get to the lunch stop, and after lunch, we will walk for another 2 hours to reach the camp of the first night in Ayapata to (3300 meters).
In this last section, we went through 2 small communities where you can buy any energy drink, or a snack and some essential items that you've forgotten to buy before you, you can also charge batteries and other equipment in these places. Then we will arrive to our camp at 5:00 p. m. of the evening to settle and relax, taking a hot beverage or a snack with your team of porters, cook and guide. Finally, at 7:30 p. m. of the night, you will list your delicious dinner and after dinner, you will have your well-deserved rest.

Your porters will wake up early at 4:45.m. with a cup of coca tea to get ready for the day, followed by a nutritious breakfast and at 6:15.m., we begin to walk toward the highest elevation of the Trail; The Pass of the Dead Woman (Warmiwañuska), which is located (4,215 m).
Then we will go for more than four hours going through different micro-climates and breathtaking views of landscapes and incredible mountains. Now, when we are in this part of the journey will be a bit difficult to walk because of the elevation that you will find. Therefore, we will make some breaks, then we'll get to the summit, and the porters will be waiting with a cup of hot tea to drink while enjoying the moment.
The hike next to last an hour and a half, but this time, down the hill, through the steps of the Inca, until you reach your lunch spot. After eating, you will have another four hours of walking, interspersed with breaks to reach the camp of Chaquicocha, there you will visit two archaeological sites, beautiful; Runku Raccay and Sayacmarka. To close, you will enjoy your dinner and a good night's sleep.

¡We will start early again! You wake up with a cup of hot tea, followed by breakfast and then begin your two-hour hike up to the last step of Phuyupatamarca, which has 3.680 m.m. This section has unique views of the cordillera Vilcabamba and the breathtaking mountain Salkantay, then we will continue for three hours to reach our camp.
After that we will visit two archaeological sites; Phuyupatamarca (people of the clouds) and Intipata (terraces of the sun). In these places you will enjoy different types of plants, flowers and birds in the forest. After lunch, you can take the five-minute walk to the inca site more beautiful on the inca trail, Wiñay Wayna (forever young).
This place is full of impressive buildings and viewpoints along the way. Later Around 5:30 p. m., you will return to the camp to your last happy hour and dinner. In the day 4 breakfast will be at 4 am, and then go to the control post, we'll walk an hour to get to the Door of the Sun, where the view is exciting because you'll see the awe-inspiring Machu Picchu for the first time. At the same time, you'll be able to take pictures on the site, while walking an hour more, until you get to the real ruins.
Once you arrive at the entrance of the cuidadela, walk up to the checkpoint of Machu Picchu, where you can get a stamp of entry in your passport and your guide will take you to the archaeological complex of Machu Picchu. This for two hours, teaching you about what this majestic place.
After the end of the tour, you will have time to walk through your account, and if you have previously agreed to make the trek by Huayna Picchu, you can start with your journey. Around 1:30 pm, come out of Machu Picchu and thou shalt take the bus to Aguas Calientes, where you will have lunch freely.

All of our guides were studied English and tourism at the National University of Cusco. Grew up in the region of Cusco, and a passion to teach others about their heritage. They are fun but professional and will ensure that you are safe and happy.
Permissions:
As soon as we receive your details and a deposit, we will buy your permissions (availability pending, see our link for Availability of the Inca Trail). These permissions are for a specific date and in your name. Can not be changed once confirmed. It only allows you to update your passport number. The permit includes an entrance to Machu Picchu.
Informational meeting:
The night before your trek to Machu Picchu, you will come to our office for your briefing. You will receive your canvas bag that will remain with your porters while you walk. This bag should not exceed 7 kg / 14 pounds and must include your sleeping bag and air mattress.
Porters:
We include a personal porter, responsible for carrying his duffel bag. There is an additional fee for this. You will not have access to your duffel bag up their camp at night.
Transport:
All your transportation will be included on this hike. You will be picked up directly from your hotel around 4 to.m. (unless you to stay in Ollantaytambo) and you will be taken to KM 82 to begin your hike. The Train of the class Expedition back of Hot Water is included, but you can upgrade to the Vistadome Train for $ 75 per person. Food:
The chefs will cook delicious meals that many hikers in the past have loved you. Water:
From your first meal until your last breakfast, we will provide you with all the necessary water. This water is boiled, filtered and then cooled before it is distributed. You must bring your own water bottles and / or camelback. We recommend to carry around 3L of value. May you fill his water at every meal.
First aid:
Each guide has received training in first aid from a physician. We conduct training sessions mandatory every February, to which you must attend each tour guide of the expedition. Your tour guide will always have a first aid kit medical situations, basic (traveler's diarrhea, cuts, scrapes, etc) and oxygen.
